Pumpkin is a nutritional powerhouse containing over a hundred natural components such as high levels of Vitamins A and C, B vitamins, niacin, riboflavin, zinc, anti-oxidant beta-carotene and other cancer fighting carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin. It also contains enzymes as well as salicylic acid, lactic acid and ascorbic acid, which gently exfoliate flaky areas.
