How do I return an item?
Item Returns
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are less than satisfied with your order upon receipt we will gladly refund the full value of your item (less shipping costs) within 2 weeks of receipt of your order.
To arrange to have an item returned and/or refunded email us at customerservice@gardenroomshop.com with the item name and a description of the problem. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for processing the return. Please do not return items prior to contacting us by email at customerservice@gardenroomshop.com.
Defective Merchandise
While we strive to inspect and test all items prior to shipping, there may be times where the item is defective. If this occurs please email us at customerservice@gardenroomshop.com with a description of the item and the defect. We will then determine if the manufacturer defect falls under a replacement warranty or we may grant a merchandise credit.
We reserve the right to amend our Return Policy at any time.
